Lou Riverso

Lou Riverso is Director of Operations and a member of Sustainable Business Group's Executive Committee. She is the founder and president of Lou Riverso, The Associate, Inc., a consulting firm providing strategies for small business success with an emphasis in planning, operations and procedures.

Ms. Riverso's experiences cover a broad spectrum of industries including service, retail, and medical. She has owned and operated a large garden center, and was the administrator for an international franchise organization. She has a well documented and unusually strong record of success in small business development and growth.

Lou has served as a member of the Board and past president of the West Chamber Serving Jefferson County, a member of Citywide Bank Board of Advisors and has served on many community boards including the Lakewood Legacy and Kiwanis Club.

Lou has BA from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia and MA from Michigan State University. She also has certifications in facilitation and leadership training. Lou is experienced in working with entrepreneurs, start up businesses, as well as mid-sized companies and nonprofits.
