Carl J. Janicek, Dht, RMT

Carl has worked in the healing arts since the early 1970's, beginning at Craig Rehabilitation Hospital as a technician and eventually as an assistant physical therapist.  Those experiences taught him a great deal about the benefits and limitations of medicine with respect to traumatic head injuries and serious spinal cord deficits.  After 7 years, these emotional experiences took their toll on Carl motivating him to move in a different direction.  Fortunately, he was also studying martial arts as a hobby and his Sifu, Ron Rosen, required his students to study a type of Chinese Medicine known as "beat and fall" medicine.

Carl found Oriental Medicine to be fascinating and pursued studies that culminated in over 1200 hours of acupuncture education although he determined that putting needles in people was not his passion.  Next, he pursued massage at 3 different schools; Colorado School of Healing Arts, Healing Arts Institute and Institute of Integral Health.  Carl still felt uneducated in many areas, so he went on to complete a BS in Pastoral Wellness and Nutrition from Notre Dame de Laffeyette University followed by a Doctorate in Homeo-therapeutics from the Academy of Applied Quantum Bio-Technology.

Carl has been in private practice since 1985, lectures extensively and continues to study health and wellness all over the world; most recently, he spent time in Ecuador with Gary Young.  Carl has lectured at the Young Living Grand Convention on 3 occasions and has been an independent Young Living distributor since 1993.  He feels blessed to have achieved the status of Young Living Platinum club member and continues to pursue his passion of how essential oils can support physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.  Carl is available for personal health assessments and classic homeopathic treatment by appointment.
