The “5 Secrets” workshop will review numerous research studies, testimonials and published articles on the value of natural health care. We will discuss how sugar affects hormone function and often leads to weight gain as well as how exercise and eating healthier — not dieting — can lead to improved metabolism, permanent weight-loss and rejuvenated health! Participants will complete a brief stress survey to identify areas of poor health, how it affects their life and what they can do to change. The “5 Secrets” will also discuss the negative effects of prescription drugs and the benefits of Chiropractic and other natural treatments as a complete health care program. Participants will be given the opportunity to schedule a personal health evaluation to determine what type of natural treatment without the use of unnecessary drugs or surgery would be best for their particular condition.
