HOW HAPPY ARE YOUR FEET? Your feet have a significant influence on how you feel so it is important to take good care of them. A good foot massage can be both relaxing and therapeutic, especially after a long hike or stressful day at work. Proper shoe wear is also very important especially with athletic activities such as running, sports and even walking. In fact, our feet have to perform 2 opposing functions of shock absorption and providing a stable foundation for both support and propulsion of our gait. The foot is designed to accomplish this by functioning within a normal range of movements called pronation and supination.
